The breakfast served at the hotel was really good with a variety of items to choose from. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to public transport and nearby restaurants. the hotel offered ample parking space which was a relief.
The cleanliness level in the room needs improvement as the toilets and ceilings were not fully cleaned. the staff needs better training in customer service as there were several instances where they were not attentive to the customer's needs.
